The Australian singer gets all worked up in the latest episode of Glee with the show's hilarious villain Sue Sylvester and the pair perform with a group of scantily clad muscle men.
Looking incredibly youthful at 61, the Grease star opts for a tracksuit and leggings, rather than the white leotard and purple leggings she wore for the original video.
During her brief appearance in the show, which was screened in the U.S. on Tuesday, Newton-John plays a bitchier, more diva-like version of herself.
The episode sees caustic cheerleading coach Sue get a taste of her own medicine after some of the Glee club post an embarrassing video of her online.
Gay Glee club member Kurt Hummel (Chris Colfer) sees the chance to get revenge for her ongoing onslaught of abuse at the club when he finds a personal video of her 'jazzercising' to Physical.

Interesting... Olivia ogles a ripped bicepAfter uploading it to YouTube, Sue becomes a viral sensation and it isn't long before she becomes the laughing stock of McKinley High School.
However, her humiliation soon turns to joy when Olivia finds out about the song's popularity and asks Sue to help her remake the song.
Phoning Sue up from the comfort of her limousine, Olivia says: 'It's Olivia Newton-John... star of Grease, the most successful movie musical of all time.'

Set in a black tiled gym, the modern video is nearly identical to the original 1981 video - with one significant alteration.
In Olivia's original video, she is working out in a room full of overweight men, who eventually transform into tanned and toned muscle men. Here, they go straight for the good-looking hunks.

To the joy of the two women, their new version is a big hit and Sue donates her royalties to her sister Jean's nursing home.
Olivia made the video during a 12-hour shoot earlier this year and admitted she loved the experience.
